Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

Ventura Brands Oy is looking for a proactive and creative Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our team onsite in Porvoo. In this role, you’ll manage the marketing calendar, creative production, and coordinate brand communications to help us scale our brands globally.

About Us

Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We’ve built several global consumer brands, served over 200,000 customers worldwide, and sell our products on Amazon and our own Shopify store (DTC).

Right now, we’re focused on scaling our fastest-growing brand, Silvery®, in the U.S. market. Silvery is a premium bedding brand using innovative silver-infused technology that helps hot sleepers stay cool, clean, and comfortable. The brand is growing rapidly and gaining international attention.

In 2025, we are on track to double our revenue compared to last year, and we’re now strengthening our team to support this growth.

Your Role

• Manage and update the marketing calendar across ads, email/SMS, influencers, and PR
• Coordinate creative production with freelancers, UGC creators, and our in-house studio
• Prepare briefs, draft scripts, and review creative quality before handoff to media buyers
• Ensure new campaigns and creatives are launched and tested weekly
• Oversee influencer and PR initiatives, and deliver weekly performance updates

Experience in ecommerce marketing, content production, or campaign management is a plus, but not required. What matters most is creativity, drive, and execution.
