Ventura Brands Oy is seeking a data-driven Creative Strategist to join our team in Porvoo. In this role, you'll develop high-converting ad concepts, scripts, and angles that fuel our international expansion.

Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We’ve built several global consumer brands, served over 200,000 customers worldwide, and sell our products on Amazon and our own Shopify store (DTC).
Right now, we’re focused on scaling our fastest-growing brand, Silvery®, in the U.S. market. Silvery is a premium bedding brand using patent-pending silver-infused technology that helps hot sleepers stay cool, clean, and comfortable. The brand is growing rapidly and gaining international attention.
In 2025, we are on track to double our revenue compared to last year, and we’re now strengthening our team to support this growth.
Your Role
- Angle & Messaging Strategy: Develop new marketing angles and positioning ideas rooted in customer psychology, pain points, desires, and objections
- Creative Concept Development: Generate concepts for scroll-stopping video ads using proven formats like problem-solution, before-after, testimonials, founder story, and educational content
- Scriptwriting & Hook Creation: Write engaging ad scripts and sharp hooks that grab attention within the first 3 seconds and drive users through the story
- Performance Review & Insights: Analyze creative performance across Facebook/Meta campaigns to identify what's working and why to optimize future content
- Creative Testing System: Design and manage a structured framework for testing different scripts, hooks, formats, and messaging variations systematically
- Creative Briefing & Collaboration: Translate your ideas into clear creative briefs for video editors, UGC creators, and graphic designers, and give feedback to ensure output matches strategic intent
What We’re Looking For
- Creative Writing Experience: 2-4 years writing ad copy, scripts, or content for Facebook/social media advertising
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze creative performance metrics and iterate based on results
- Marketing Psychology: Understanding of awareness stages, market sophistication, customer desires, and other direct response marketing principles
- Current Format Knowledge: Up-to-date with high-performing ad formats like founder story videos, customer testimonials, problem-solution storytelling, before/after transformations, authority/educational content, native social content, and podcast clip ads that resonate with target audiences
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct customer research, analyze competitor creatives, and identify market opportunities
- Excellent Communication: Fluent English skills for managing international campaigns and coordinating with freelance teams
