Bilingual Supervisor

Position: Bilingual Marine Structural Repair and Fabrication Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Marine Structural Repair and Fabrication Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily repair and fabrication activities on marine vessels and components. You will lead a team of welders, fitters, and labor crews to ensure that production goals are met and projects are completed successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate the daily repair and fabrication activities on marine vessels and components. - Supervise and manage a team of welders, fitters, and labor crews to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. - Collaborate with Project Managers, QA, and Production teams to drive project success. - Submit Condition Found Reports (CFRs) to the Trade Manager or Project Manager for review. - Monitor progress and address any issues in real-time to ensure project timelines are met. - Adjust manpower as needed to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements: - Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine structural repair and fabrication. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures. - Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a marine environment. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
