Job Overview
Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled 1st Class Structural Welders to join our dynamic team in the Mobile, AL and Pascagoula, MS area. You must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Structural Welding. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and adherence to safety protocols. This work is in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality welds and structural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques
• Assemble metal structures by fitting parts together and welding them in place.
• Adhere to industry codes and standards for safety and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Structural Welder or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings with a strong understanding of welding codes and standards.
• Familiarity with machining processes is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality welds consistently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
