Billing Analyst

Venture Dynamics has an exciting opportunity to fill a Billing Analyst Position with a client in their Finance department. This position is located in Norfolk, Virginia. The hours are 7am - 4pm with a 1hour lunch.

Job Requirements:

• Ensures that invoices are submitted accurately and in accordance with contract terms
• Manages accounts receivable cycle
• Supports daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions
• Assists on special projects

Key Requirements:

• No accounts receivable profiles- needs to focus on billing, not collections
• True billing experience required (govt contracting environment preferred)
• Reconcile labor hours, material costs, subcontractor invoices, overhead, and G&A rates
• Strong Attention to detail a must- line item billing and high volume review
• Familiarity with CVN billing and purchase orders
• Costpoint experience preferred
• Maintain organized electronic files for all billing transactions in accordance with document retention policies and security requirements.

This is not an Entry-Level Position.   Seeking someone with hands on experience.
