Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required. Job Description: As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately - Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store - Receiving and stocking merchandise on shelves and displays - Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies - Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays - Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and goals - Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed If you are a motivated and customer-oriented individual looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the retail industry, we would love to hear from you.
