Job Summary: We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping products, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process incoming stock and materials - Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently - Pack and ship products to customers in a timely manner - Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies - Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations - Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers - Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently - Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs) - Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Basic computer skills Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position based at our warehouse in Durban, South Africa. The Warehouse Worker will be required to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed. The work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures and loud noises.
