We are currently seeking a General Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. Job Summary: As a General Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. This role requires someone who is physically fit, able to work in a team environment, and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess basic knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites - Load and unload materials and equipment - Operate hand and power tools as directed - Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment - Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a construction or maintenance role preferred - Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects - Comfortable working in various weather conditions - Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment - Excellent communication and time-management skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The schedule may vary depending on project needs and may include weekends and overtime. The General Worker will primarily work on construction sites and may be exposed to various weather conditions. Personal protective equipment will be provided as needed.
