We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Sandton. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience - Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed - Fluency in English and other languages is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
