About the job Business Development Executive
The Partnership Executive at Venturenox is responsible for managing the entire partner lifecycle from reaching out to a potential startup to closing a deal. They are involved in presenting demos to the founders, educating them, keeping in touch with them and getting their projects kicked-off.
The Partnership Executive works with the company leadership as well as the growth team to close deals and build long-term profitable relationships. We require our team members to be passionate about their work, have a collaborative approach, and bring positive energy to the workplace.
Deeply understand the target market (early stage startups), their challenges and their expectations from startup studios.
Deeply understand services offered by our studio along with our specific process and framework that we utilize to build products.
Coordinate with the growth team and the company leadership to develop sales collateral and build processes.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Engage product managers and technology architects to prepare proposals and figure out details of the technical solutions.
Coordinate with HR, Product and Engineering teams to manage resources to kick-off new projects.
Coordinate with the finance teams to raise invoices to the customers and follow-up with the customers to make sure they are satisfied with our services.
Comfortable working in a highly visible role, being the face of the company and ability to set the tone in partner interaction.
Have a good understanding of marketing, sales and account management practices in the technology services industry.
Have a great sense of responsibility and understanding of how the business development role is critical for the success of the company.
Ability to present the company in a favourable light and highlight its image as a progressive and unique company.
Ability to quickly understand high level technology and product landscape in the startup world which affects our customers and our business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effective presentations and demonstrations via online tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to research startups and their industries to understand their needs.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with the partners and communicate effectively with them.
Experience with lead generation tools such as SalesNavigator, and other CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
