About the job User Experience Designer
The User Experience Designer at Venturenox is responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
The User Experience Designer works within a product team and works closely with Frontend Engineers and Product Managers to bring new products and features to life. We require our team members to be passionate about their work, have a collaborative approach, and bring positive energy to the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Working with Product Managers and Visual Designers to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product.
Follow agile processes as defined by the Product Manager and collaborate with other team members to ship complete features.
Testing the developed product to identify any usability issues and modify the designs to solve issues.
Analysing the metrics to identify problems with existing interfaces and coming up with A/B tests and improvement suggestions.
Desired Skills:
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, InVision, Framer, and the like is a must.
Understanding of CSS3 and grid systems such as Bootstrap and Material Grid is highly desirable.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences with atomic design methodology.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
