About the job Senior Research Executive | Market Research | Arabic Speaker

Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Oversees the entire research process from start to finish together with the Senior Research team.
  • Design the research tools for quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Timing, briefs (project and interviewer / moderator), moderating (in the qualitative team), desk research, screener design, questionnaire / discussion guide design, sampling, analysis plans, tab specs, data processing, report design / templates, data analysis and insights and presentations.
  • Ensures research basics and disciplines are implemented and upheld, including: logic checks, checklists, task instructions, document standards and policies and procedures (P&P).
  • Responsible for overall quality control and all quality control documentation.
  • Ensures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager
  • Ensures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available
  • Conducts desk research to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the UAE and MENA market
  • Assists with research design for entire project
  • Report writing, analyzing data and presents the study results of to the client
  • Enhance and maintain client relationship by taking a proactive approach to growing knowledge of client business and environment
  • Contributor to success and develops the business unit
  • Provide advices and consultations to the clients
  • Handling clients' requests and queries in professional manner.
  • Monitoring the progress and budgets of projects.
  • Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned

Academic qualification:

Bachelors/Masters Degree

Relevant experience:

At least 3 to 5 years previously working as a Quantitative Researcher

Relevant trainings:

  • Use of MS applications
  • Communication skills
