Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Professional with strong expertise in UK payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with UK legislation

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension schemes, and employment law.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and support audits when required.
  • Provide guidance on payroll-related queries and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in UK payroll administration and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and pension auto-enrolment.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Partly Professional qualified in related field
  • Familiarity with UK employment legislation and HMRC reporting requirements.
