Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Professional with strong expertise in UK payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with UK legislation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension schemes, and employment law.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and support audits when required.
- Provide guidance on payroll-related queries and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in UK payroll administration and finance.
- Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and pension auto-enrolment.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Partly Professional qualified in related field
- Familiarity with UK employment legislation and HMRC reporting requirements.
