Job Profile

• Own business verticals and regional markets with full responsibility.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and execute business plans for assigned regions or industries.
• Pitch products and solutions to local and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage all sales documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, marketing, and operations.
• Lead independent projects or initiatives with full accountability.
• Represent the company at industry events and professional meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings as part of client management.
• Conduct and present sales research to support learning and strategic decisions.

Personal Profile

• High energy, discipline, and initiative with a strong work ethic.
• Professional conduct and positive attitude in all settings.
• Bachelors degree or final-year student with relevant academic background.
• Hands-on experience with projects or thesesdemonstrated through examples.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellence in extracurricular activities is a plus.
• Valid drivers/riders license (optional but beneficial).
