The Person
- Responding to calls and correspond to emails by creating tickets for reported issues. Follow-up on tickets is required.
- Provide basic-level and L1 IT support. Escalate supervisor if necessary.
- Perform basic diagnosis and repair of IT-related equipment. Escalate advanced repairs to supervisor.
- Offer basic-level system support.
- Must have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in maintaining and managing the IT asset inventory and dispatches.
- Maintaining IT related documents.
- Should be familiar with best practices in IT service management.
- Creating and assisting with documentation for ISO 27001.
Personal Profile
- Should have a basic understanding of networks, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Should possess basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Should be familiar with best practices in IT service management.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, VLANs, firewalls, and Microsoft 365 is essential
- Undergraduates pursuing Computer Science, Networking, or Systems Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ Azure AZ 900 will be an added advantage
