The Person

  • Responding to calls and correspond to emails by creating tickets for reported issues. Follow-up on tickets is required.
  • Provide basic-level and L1 IT support. Escalate supervisor if necessary.
  • Perform basic diagnosis and repair of IT-related equipment. Escalate advanced repairs to supervisor.
  • Offer basic-level system support.
  • Must have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing the IT asset inventory and dispatches.
  • Maintaining IT related documents.
  • Should be familiar with best practices in IT service management.
  • Creating and assisting with documentation for ISO 27001.

Personal Profile

  • Should have a basic understanding of networks, VLANs, and firewalls.
  • Should possess basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Should be familiar with best practices in IT service management.
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, VLANs, firewalls, and Microsoft 365 is essential
  • Undergraduates pursuing Computer Science, Networking, or Systems Engineering are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ Azure AZ 900 will be an added advantage
