About the job Manager HR Transformation
Purpose of the Role:
To lead the day-to-day delivery and governance of a complex, multi-year, multi-stream transformation project with a strong focus on human resources transformation focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and integration. The role will require seamless integration of project management and change management disciplines and active coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
Technical Expertise & Delivery Experience
- Minimum 810 years of experience in end-to-end project management, ideally in multi-year transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in formal project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Create and manage comprehensive project documentation (Charter, KPIs, Governance, RAID logs).
- Develop integrated schedules and manage interdependencies across streams.
- Track and manage scope, schedule, and cost ("Triple Constraint") through disciplined project controls.
- Deliver structured and timely reporting to governance bodies (e.g., Steer Co).
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong working knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and ability to integrate change plans with project timelines.
- Experience coordinating with change leads, ensuring alignment of messaging, engagement, and adoption initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and manage resistance constructively.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and build trust across business units and functions.
Human Capital & Consulting Background (Preferred)
- Prior exposure to Human Resources transformation projects (e.g., operating model changes, offshoring, SLA based services).
- Experience working within or in partnership with top-tier consulting firms is a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of People & Culture operating models, service delivery structures, and HR analytics is a plus.
