Supply Chain Executive

We are an established Solar company driven by a group of passionate individuals to inspire sustainable living among Malaysians by reducing electricity bill commitment & creating a greener world via NEM Solar PV.

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Inventory & Data Management

• Update stock movement status (inbound/outbound) for all materials.
• Support stock reconciliations, audits, and tallying with WMS/Monday.com.
• Assist with K1 checking and finance documentation.
• Input delivery orders and maintain daily records.

Procurement & Supplier Support

• Track shipping docs, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.
• Check and record invoices for validation.
• Support PO and DO document flow with accuracy.

Planning & Reporting

• Assist in material planning sheets and routine procurement trackers.
• Maintain accurate planning data and assist with report preparation.
• Learn to use Monday.com/WMS to support inventory visibility.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Liaise with Warehouse for stock status.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice processing.
• Support Project teams with material readiness follow-up.

Process Improvement

• Spot inefficiencies and propose automation or streamlining ideas (e.g., better DO/PO tracking templates).
• Bring supplier insights from your own research or benchmarkingcontribute to supplier scorecards.
• Suggest ESG sourcing ideas that align with our sustainability vision.

Requirements:

• Fast at finding solutions, driven for personal growth, customer-centric, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in using computers for tasks related to the role.
• Prior experience in supply chain is an advantage.
• Possession of a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Must have access to personal transportation.
