We are an established Solar company driven by a group of passionate individuals to inspire sustainable living among Malaysians by reducing electricity bill commitment & creating a greener world via NEM Solar PV.

We are currently looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, SEM, email).
• Manage digital campaigns and optimize customer acquisition costs.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to improve outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align and manage integrated campaigns.
• Translate complex strategies into actionable plans across departments.
• Adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in marketing.
• Familiarity in Digital Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact on revenue and company growth.
