As a recruiter engaged by my confidential Client (“we,” “us,” or “our”), I am committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who submit their resumes and personal information for job vacancies. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Collection of Personal Information
I collect personal information from job applicants on behalf of my Client to assess their suitability for employment opportunities. This information may include:

• Employment history and qualifications
• References and professional memberships
• Any other information provided in resumes, cover letters, and interviews
• Background checks, including police checks and working rights verification (where required and with consent)

• My Client and relevant employees involved in recruitment decisions

Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties. If your information needs to be disclosed overseas, reasonable steps will be taken to ensure compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
