About the job Service Technician

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform in-house and on-site equipment fine-tuning, setup, repair, and maintenance, including accessories and fixtures.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration for equipment across all levels.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to restore equipment to specification.

  • Prepare accurate and complete service documentation, including logs, checklists, repair reports, and parts usage records.

  • Work closely with engineering and customer teams to plan service activities and minimize equipment downtime.

  • Support additional tasks or projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems with hands-on skills using tools and measurement equipment.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin or Thai language skills are an added advantage.

  • Willing to travel within Thailand and occasionally to outstation or overseas locations.

  • Possession of a valid passport and driving licence is an advantage.
