Position : Manufacturing Lead/ Manager (CNC & EP)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage front-end CNC process planning, including job setup,

routing, and workflow design

Review technical drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications to

determine machining requirements

Develop and optimize CNC machining strategies, including tooling selection,

cutting parameters, and process sequencing

Oversee process validation, simulation, and first-article readiness

Ensure all documentation (setup sheets, work instructions, tooling lists) is

complete and standardized

Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and cost optimization

Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure

smooth process handover

Troubleshoot and resolve pre-production and process-related issues

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

Train and mentor engineers, programmers, and technicians on process

improvements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or

related field (or equivalent experience)

At least 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with strong exposure to

process planning or manufacturing engineering

Proven experience in CNC programming (e.g., 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis machining,

lathe)

Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX,

CAMWORKS, Fusion 360, or similar)

Deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, materials, and cutting

technology

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin to

effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
