About the job Audit Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
- Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.
- Review audit files.
- Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
- Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firms standards, policies and guidelines.
- Provide training, guidance and mentoring team members on their personal growth and career progression.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent, and/or professional qualifications such as MICPA, ACCA, or CPA Australia.
- Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, including 3 to 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of technical proficiency and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive, innovative, and self-driven.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Strong sense of integrity and a positive working attitude.
