About the job Area Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible to assist AM / ASM ensure that all staff are trained, disciplined, and motivated so as to achieve the sales, collection & distribution objectives of the Company in the most efficient and economical way.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales and distribution of the full range of Company products.
Supervision of the Truck Sales Supervisors (TSS) / Truck Sales Representative (TSR) team so as to attain sales, distribution & collection targets.
Seek ways and opportunities in maximizing sales & in minimizing return stocks.
Develop potential customers.
Assist in execution & implementing all promotional trade sales activities.
Ensuring prominent display and merchandising of every SKU.
Manage & evaluate display rental investments.
Ensuring smooth operation of Vans / trucks.
Monitor Merchandiser's & Sales Promoter's performance & programs.
Providing up-to-date feedback of market activities/sales growth opportunity.
Proper usage of Company display stands and POSM by sales staff.
Ensuring high standard of stock hygiene and ensure no expired/damaged stocks in outlets.
Timely submission of relevant reports by subordinates, if any.
Maintaining cordial business relationship with dealers.
Comply with Company's standard operating procedures (SOP).
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma and above.
Good in planning, communication skills.
Has high sense of ownership and trustworthy.
