IT Business Partner Coordinator - Contract

Our client is looking for IT Business Partner Coordinator/Manager (BPC) who will have the responsibility to serve as the interface between Technology and the allocated Business Units or Functional Area to drive business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

• At least 4 year's relevant local working experience as a IT Business Coordinator.

The BC serves as a trusted advisor' for the client's business area, partnering with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritise Technology projects. 

The successful candidate will need to have skills in the following:

• Guiding business units through key IT initiatives;
• Working closely with the assigned business unit and business stakeholders to achieve and/or deliver the business unit objectives and initiatives;
• Assisting business units in identifying and qualifying business opportunities and understanding the value that the change aims to deliver;
• Lodging valid/qualified requests through the Business Solutions Front Door process for new pipeline of work;
• Communication of decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives;
• Assist the Senior Business Partner with ideas through to budget planning, business case justification, resourcing, delivery and benefits realisation as identified;
• The successful mobilisation and delivery of technology initiatives for the relevant Business Unit;
• Contributing to the achievement of strategic goals whilst ensuring overall enterprise goals are also realised.
