Senior Technology Project Manager - Digital & Applications (Contract)

Our client is looking for a Senior Technology Project Manager with experience in Digital and Application rollout, for  upgrades of mobile applications, e-commerce platforms and application lifecycle projects. The preferred candidate will need experience in the aforementioned rollouts and will require to be comfortable interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders and the ability to perform business case development.

This is an initial 6-month rolling hybrid contract, starting on 3 days a week and increasing to 5 days a week in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.

Please note, to apply applicants must have the following:

• The requisite skills and experience defined below,
• At least Australian Permanent Residence working rights,
• At least 5+ year's relevant local working experience as a Technology Project Manager.

Experience Required:

• Project Management qualifications mandatory (Prince2, PMBOK, PMP, AIPM, CPPP),
• 5+ years experience of IT Project Management within complex organisations (Tier 1 or 2),
• Knowledge of end to end traditional and Agile project delivery skills,
• Experience with rollouts associated with upgrades to mobile applications, e-commerce platforms and application lifecycle projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and Vendor management skills, along with business case development.

Additionally, Project Managers should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:

• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills,
• Highly organised, able to prioritise work and run multiple projects simultaneously while working autonomously or collaboratively,
• Attention to detail,
• Conflict resolution skills,
• A quality control mindset.
