About the job

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sitecore Developer with experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level Sitecore applications. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions for our clients using Sitecore, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC frameworks. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and other developers to implement content-driven websites and web applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Sitecore-based solutions.
  • Build and manage templates, layouts, components, and workflows within Sitecore.
  • Integrate Sitecore with third-party APIs and services.
  • Participate in the complete software development life cycle, including analysis,
  • design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and ASP.NET/MVC.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Sitecore issues and bugs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Stay up to date with Sitecore product updates and emerging technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4 years+ of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Sitecore development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sitecore XP (preferably versions 9 and above), including
  • Sitecore architecture, pipelines, workflows, and customization.
  • Experience with Sitecore API, Helix architecture, and custom module development.
  • Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or TFS.
  • Good understanding of MS SQL Server, SOLR, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
  • (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Sitecore Developer Certification is highly preferred.
