The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for driving creative excellence across regional digital initiatives. This role blends conceptual thinking with hands-on design craft shaping, adapting, and elevating digital content across campaigns, microsites, social platforms, and brand-driven experiences.

You will lead localisation and creative adaptation efforts, ensuring every asset not only reflects strong visual standards but also resonates with local audiences. Working closely with strategists, copywriters, UX/UI designers, and developers, you will transform creative ideas into high-quality outputs that strengthen brand positioning and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for driving creative excellence across regional digital initiatives.   • You will lead localisation and creative adaptation efforts, ensuring every asset not only reflects strong visual standards but also resonates with local audiences. Working closely with strategists, copywriters, UX/UI designers, and developers, you will transform creative ideas into high-quality outputs that strengthen brand positioning and campaign performance.

  • Partner with Creative Leads, Strategists, Copywriters, and Project Managers to interpret briefs and define visual approaches.
  • Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and support on craft and process.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Developers to ensure design fidelity and seamless implementation across platforms.
  • Elevate creative quality through exploration of trends, emerging tools, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Balance creativity with production efficiency to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.
  • Champion visual consistency across campaigns, markets, and digital touchpoints.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaign work, visual storytelling, and localisation projects.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in digital design, preferably within creative, advertising, or digital agencies.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with working knowledge of motion/animation tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital content design, and campaign adaptation workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple creative workstreams.
  • Familiarity with social platform formats, digital content best practices, and asset production requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
