About the Internship

Our UX/UI Design Internship is designed to introduce you to the world of digital experience design. Youll work closely with our Experience Design team, gaining exposure to real projects, real clients, and real processes which is not hypothetical classroom exercises. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how ideas turn into interfaces, understand how to solve real problems through design, and build work youll be proud to show in your portfolio.

What You Will Learn

• Translate concepts into wireframes, simple user flows, and UI layouts.
• Apply brand and visual guidelines to create clean, consistent interface designs.
• Understand the fundamentals of responsive design and component-based systems.
• Use Figma efficiently: components, auto-layout, prototyping, and team workflows.
• Participate in design reviews and learn how feedback refines the work.
• See how UX, UI, content, and development come together to deliver a final product.

What You Will Do

• Creating UI screens, visual assets, and layout variations for ongoing projects.
• Preparing mock-ups, simple prototypes, and presentation slides for internal and client reviews.
• Organising and maintaining Figma files, components, and design documentation.
• Contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
• Observing research, workshops, or usability discussions when available.

• Senior UX/UI Designers who will mentor you throughout your internship.
• The Experience Design Lead for direction, coaching, and exposure to larger-scale thinking.
• Designers, developers, and project managers across the agency.

Who We Are Looking For

• curious about UX/UI and eager to sharpen your skills.
• Have basic familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (or are excited to learn).
• Enjoy solving problems and thinking visually.
• Communicate well, stay organised, and contribute positively to the team.
• Bring enthusiasm and is not afraid to try, experiment, and learn.

• Duration: 3-6 months
• Position: Full-time (preferred)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid / On-site
