About the job

The Junior Digital Designer supports the Vertis Experience team in crafting, adapting, and producing digital creative assets across campaigns, websites, and social platforms. This role focuses on translating creative direction into visually engaging, brand-aligned deliverables that enhance storytelling, marketing, and localisation needs across hospitality, property, and lifestyle brands in the region.

You will work closely with senior designers and multidisciplinary teams to maintain asset quality, uphold brand consistency, and ensure creative work is accurately prepared for production and deployment. If you are passionate about digital design, eager to learn, and excited to grow your craft, this role is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in agency-level digital creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and adapt digital assets for campaigns, social media, websites, eDMs, and other digital channels.
  • Localise and extend regional or global creative concepts for the local market, ensuring cultural and visual relevance.
  • Support UI visual design tasks such as hero banners, promotional modules, and graphic elements for digital interfaces.
  • Ensure design quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand systems and accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with Senior Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers to deliver consistent and high-quality visuals.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Developers to ensure accurate handover and implementation.
  • Support maintenance and organisation of asset libraries, templates, and design systems.
  • Deliver assets accurately, on time, and ready for production or deployment.
  • Maintain consistency across all creative touchpoints.
  • Participate in internal reviews and apply feedback constructively to strengthen design quality

Requirements and Qualification

  • A diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing digital design work, layouts, social assets, and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital content formats, social media best practices, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and file-preparation practices.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
