Sales Manager
Job Description:
Experience: 8+ years in IT sales (staff augmentation or services).
Technical & Behavioural Skills:
- Research and develop opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, APAC).
- Lead end-to-end outbound campaigns using CRM tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in selling to enterprise clients and mid-market businesses (offshore & onshore).
- Exposure to global markets and managing cross-cultural client relationships.
- Proven success in international markets.
