We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our friendly and fast-paced team. CSRs are a vital part of our clinic's success, setting the tone for each client interaction and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our medical team. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional servicewhether working independently or as part of a team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the veterinary field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and patient intake
- Provide prompt and courteous communication by phone, text, and email
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently
- Educate clients using appropriate veterinary terminology
- Relay patient information clearly to doctors and support staff
- Manage check-out procedures, including billing and payment processing
- Identify patients requiring special handling (e.g., isolation cases)
- Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor with both clients and team members
- Support pharmacy and surgical discharge procedures (preferred for experienced candidates)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in veterinary field is required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for animals
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and scheduling software is a plus
