Become a key member of a great team as an Electromechanical Field Service Technician, where your mechanical and electrical expertise and your ability to communicate with customers will solve complex technical challenges. You'll travel nationwide to diagnose, repair, modify, and test specialized tools. 

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Perform on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, and complete disassembly/reassembly of tools

• Read and interpret schematics, block diagrams, and technical documentation

• Accurately document product issues, resolutions, and service reports

• Maintain professional, responsive communication with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (servo motors, bearings, gearing, ball screws, linear motion assemblies)
• Competent with electrical diagnostics (multimeters)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude

Preferred (Not Required)

• Associates degree or technical certificate in a related field

• Prior field service experience

• Familiarity with PLCs
