Independent Mixed Practice | Supportive Team | Excellent Caseload

An established independent mixed veterinary practice in Co. Tipperary is looking to welcome a new Veterinary Surgeon to join its growing Small Animal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-equipped practice with a strong reputation, supportive environment and varied caseload. The clinic currently has a team of 10 vets overall, including a dedicated Small Animal team of 5 vets.

The practice already has Spanish veterinarians who have been successfully part of the team for several years, creating a welcoming and international working environment.

The Role

The clinic is ideally looking for a vet with:

  • Previous Small Animal experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Some surgical confidence or interest in developing surgical skills

However, motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply, as the team provides excellent support and mentoring.

Rota

1 in 4 rota

Daily shifts:

  • Early: 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • Middle: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Middle: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Late / On-call: 2:00pm – close (generally around 8:00pm), followed by on-call duties until the morning

A day off is provided on the Friday following an on-call shift.

Salary

€45,000 – €70,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
