At The Door Talent, we are building something different — a modern, high-performance recruitment agency working across key sectors such as Healthcare, Engineering, and Renewable Energy.

We are now looking for a Freelance Recruiter based in Ireland to join us remotely and play a key role in our expansion.

The Role

This is not a typical recruitment job.

You will be fully responsible for building and managing your own desk, combining business development and candidate delivery.

• 60% Business Development (client acquisition & relationship building)
• 40% Candidate management (sourcing, interviewing, closing)
• Managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
• Developing your own market within your chosen sector
• Building long-term client partnerships

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Experience or strong interest in Business Development
• Ideally exposure to Healthcare, Engineering, or Renewables (not essential)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• English native

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move away from a rigid structure and take control of their own success.
