An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Vet to join a busy 24-hour hospital. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with full clinical leadership responsibilities and the chance to help shape the future of a high-performing team.

Role Overview:
The Lead Vet will be accountable for clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team development. Working closely with the Practice Manager, they will also support the commercial success of the clinic.

Working Pattern:

• Full-time, 4 weekdays per week

• 1 in 6 weekend rota

Relocation Support:
Relocation packages available for those moving over 60 miles or from outside the UK.

Requirements:

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Strong clinical and leadership skills
