Job Summary

The Financial Analyst III partners with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making. This role develops financial models, evaluates operational performance, identifies process improvements, and collaborates across departments to improve business efficiency and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the finance partner for Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Develop and deliver reports on operational KPIs, including cost, inventory, freight, labor, and throughput.
  • Build financial and operational models for capital investments, network optimization, scenario planning, and business initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, measure financial impact, and support implementation of business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting and improve financial visibility.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and executive teams.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to improve financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or manufacturing finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience developing reports and presenting financial insights to leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and AI tools for financial analysis is preferred.
