Position Description

An Operations Integrator conducts planning and provides technical advice on sensitive intelligence activities and specialized tasks. This role integrates Intelligence and Operations planning at the Combatant Command or JSOTF level and supports the development of emerging technology in support of CCMD missions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding requirements approval processes such as JCIDS, JUONS/JEONS, and Integrated Priority Lists.

  • Familiarity with DoD funding mechanisms including the PPBE process, White Papers, PDMs, and Unfunded Requirements Lists.

  • Supporting technology insertion into operations through demonstrations and exercises.

  • Acting as a technical bridge between analysts, operators, and engineers to ensure optimal functionality of deployed capabilities.

  • Addressing emerging threats and leveraging technologies such as cloud, AI/ML, and Big Data processing.

  • Contributing to a DEVSECOPS pipeline for rapid integration and dissemination of intelligence data.

  • Supporting CCMDs and other Defense Intelligence Enterprise organizations in sustaining ISR, PED, and analytical platforms.

  • Capturing and communicating user feedback for future system improvements.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • 7 years of operations and planning experience

  • Experience with operations planning at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, Service Component, Theater Special Operations Command, Joint Special Operations Command, CJSOTF, RTF, or similar

  • Deep knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), COA development, CONOPs, and FRAGOs

  • Ability to learn policy and operations related to CONPLANs, OPLANs, and EXORDS

  • Experience working in Cross Functional Teams and Operational Planning Teams

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint and OneNote

  • Ability to provide consistent feedback on product development

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications Desired

  • Understanding of the National Defense Strategy and National Intelligence Strategy

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Combatant Commands or SOF commands

  • Working knowledge of Combatant Command, Interagency, and DOD enterprise operations

  • Experience with Intelligence systems, targeting workflows, or distributed data platforms
