Job Summary

Full-time opportunity for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide outpatient services in a supportive, clinician-led environment. This role focuses on helping children develop communication, language, and cognitive-communication skills through individualized, evidence-based therapy. Ideal for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows seeking mentorship and clinical growth.

What Youll Do

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.

  • Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective carryover and progress.

  • Document services accurately using EMR systems while maintaining a balanced caseload.

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborative clinical discussions.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Active or eligible state license to practice as an SLP.

  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status.

  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
