Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure, Technology & Operations serves as the technical owner of enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure, leading the design, optimization, security, and reliability of a large-scale, complex network environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and future-ready infrastructure through strategic planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position provides technical leadership across network engineering, cloud networking, and enterprise connectivity while guiding teams through transformation, modernization, and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all technical areas including data center networks, enterprise connectivity, cloud networking, wireless infrastructure, DNS, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies.

  • Define technology standards, roadmaps, and architectural direction to ensure reliability, redundancy, and scalability.

  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and strategic decisions.

  • Drive operational stability through lifecycle management, patching, maintenance, and modernization initiatives.

  • Develop and execute long-term infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth and technology evolution.

  • Provide leadership across engineering, operations readiness, technology adoption, and service delivery.

  • Establish obsolescence management processes, risk mitigation strategies, and lifecycle governance.

  • Lead cloud network strategy, assessments, and deployment models.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams.

  • Oversee security-by-design principles across network architecture and operations.

  • Champion best practices to maintain high service levels and regulatory compliance.

  • Build a sustainable IT environment supporting continuous transformation and enterprise growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT or infrastructure experience.

  • At least 2 years in a technology management or leadership role.

  • Demonstrated experience leading network engineering teams across routing, switching, wireless, telecommunications, and voice technologies.

  • Strong background managing large-scale, complex technical programs.

  • Proven ability to deliver executive-level reporting and strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical talent.

  • Strong commitment to operational safety and IT security.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a related technical or business discipline.
