Job Title: Clinical Social Worker (Evening Shift)
Job Summary
This full-time evening position (MonFri, 3:00 pm11:30 pm) functions as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Clinical Social Worker independently provides case management, crisis intervention, biopsychosocial assessment, psychotherapy, counseling, treatment planning, and referrals to support patients and families across the continuum of care.
Principal Responsibilities

Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations for individuals, groups, and families, including assessment of emotional, mental health, and substance use disorders.

Develop culturally sensitive discharge and care plans that address physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Apply trauma-informed care and demonstrate proficiency in clinical practice skills and theories.

Provide case management using evidence-based approaches and facilitate referrals relevant to clinical diagnoses.

Diagnose and treat psychosocial and emotional conditions independently.

Collaborate with healthcare teams on advance care planning and patient advocacy.

Educate patients, families, and colleagues on behavioral health issues.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives, councils, or committees as needed.

Review and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Serve as a consultant and role model for peers within the clinical setting.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.

Current licensure as LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social WorkerClinical) in the state of Maryland.

Minimum of two (2) years of post-Masters clinical experience required.
