Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting initiatives across engineering, technical, and professional functions. This role plays a critical part in attracting, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced manufacturing and technology-focused environment.

The recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs, production timelines, and growth objectives while delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across multiple departments

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, program timelines, and hiring priorities

  • Participate in workforce planning and hiring forecasting initiatives

  • Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring trends

  • Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria

  • Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and operations roles

  • Create job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews

  • Coordinate interview processes, assessments, and offer stages

  • Adapt to shifting hiring priorities while maintaining high service standards

  • Track recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies

  • Support employer branding and talent outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

  • 4–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technical or manufacturing environments

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously

  • Experience partnering with engineering or operations leaders

  • Proven ability to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines

  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems

  • Strong interviewing and candidate relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in EV, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

  • Experience supporting high-volume technical hiring initiatives

  • Familiarity with relocation or specialized technical recruiting
