Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating training, certification programs, and professional development activities related to building and fire regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage certification programs for code enforcement personnel.
  • Coordinate training programs and develop course materials.
  • Assist customers with class registration and certification inquiries.
  • Maintain training databases, records, and related documentation.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of instructors.
  • Organize professional development events, workshops, and training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating training programs or certification processes.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Experience with data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid drivers license required.
  • Ability to travel for training events and conferences.
