Key Responsibilities
- Manage certification programs for code enforcement personnel.
- Coordinate training programs and develop course materials.
- Assist customers with class registration and certification inquiries.
- Maintain training databases, records, and related documentation.
- Support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of instructors.
- Organize professional development events, workshops, and training sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience coordinating training programs or certification processes.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
- Experience with data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
