Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to lead and strengthen enterprise security operations, incident response capabilities, and the overall security technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for protecting organizational systems, improving detection and response readiness, and driving continuous cybersecurity maturity across the business.

What You Will Do

  • Own and operate core security platforms including firewalls, endpoint detection and response tools, threat analysis platforms, vulnerability management systems, and deception technologies

  • Lead continuous monitoring, tuning, and optimization of all cybersecurity tools

  • Design and enforce secure network architectures in collaboration with infrastructure and networking teams

  • Develop, document, and enhance the enterprise Incident Response program

  • Lead cybersecurity incident containment, eradication, recovery, and root cause analysis

  • Conduct tabletop exercises and simulations to improve response readiness

  • Serve as primary liaison with external security operations partners to improve detection and escalation processes

  • Define detection use cases, alert thresholds, and response workflows

  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business risk and compliance needs

  • Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory initiatives

  • Deliver executive-level reporting on security posture, threats, and trends

  • Mentor technical staff and promote a strong culture of security awareness across the organization

What You Need to Have

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity or information security experience, including leadership responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience with security platforms such as firewalls, EDR/XDR tools, vulnerability management systems, and threat prevention technologies

  • Advanced knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking including routing, switching, segmentation, and traffic analysis

  • Proven experience building and managing enterprise Incident Response programs

  • Experience working with external SOC providers

  • Ability to manage security operations in large, distributed environments

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or CCSP

  • Experience in manufacturing or highly distributed enterprise environments
