Job Summary
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, including network, server, and telecommunications environments. This role focuses on incident identification, escalation, system reliability, and continuous operational improvement.
What Youll Do

Proactively monitor network, server, and telecommunications infrastructure

Identify, document, and escalate alerts, incidents, and issues requiring urgent action

Monitor and review data backups to ensure system reliability

Create, update, and distribute operational and performance reports

Maintain and contribute to an internal IT knowledge base

Ensure compliance with established IT guidelines, processes, and policies

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair infrastructure hardware and software

Assist with patch management activities

Install and configure computer hardware and related components

Identify, recommend, and implement process and operational improvements
What You Need to Have

Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or equivalent related experience with a focus on systems infrastructure

3+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, including server administration, support, and implementation

3+ years of experience with virtualization, security, networking, databases, and storage technologies

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
