Job Summary

Provides administrative and technical support for housing program operations and assists with the implementation of housing and community development initiatives. Ensures program documentation is maintained, supports compliance with program guidelines, and coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and administration of housing assistance programs.
  • Review program documentation to ensure compliance with established guidelines and requirements.
  • Coordinate with local agencies, partners, and stakeholders involved in housing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate program records, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to program managers and program operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of housing programs, grants, or community development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience using office productivity software.
