Responsibilities

Lead Agile product teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

Provide technical leadership to ensure alignment with client needs, program goals, and delivery timelines.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI events.

Track and report Agile metrics, including velocity, burn-downs, and delivery performance.

Identify, manage, and remove team impediments and blockers to support continuous delivery.

Support release planning, system design, and system implementation activities.

Ensure team performance and accountability for delivery of documented deliverables.

Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.

Facilitate clear communication across teams and provide regular updates to leadership, product owners, and stakeholders.

Prepare and present status briefings on product and delivery progress.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations.

Assist program and quality leadership with the creation of contract and program deliverable documentation.
Qualifications
Required
-
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

3+ years of experience managing projects with multiple competing priorities.

3+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

5+ years of experience in software development, software engineering, or IT systems/network architecture supporting enterprise solutions.

Strong ability to work with technically and geographically diverse teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments while meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of related professional experience.

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.

Familiarity with network and IT monitoring concepts.
