DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include:
-
Supervise others and follow company policies
-
Daily communication with Project Engineers
-
Advanced electrical systems knowledge
-
Understanding estimates, change orders, work orders
-
Reading and understanding plans, specs, and manufacturer instructions
-
Ensure project schedule and budget adherence
-
Efficient material usage
-
Quality assurance in installation and finish processes
-
On-site task oversight
-
Enforce safety standards
-
Mentor and train new employees
-
Time tracking (clock in/out)
-
Notify management of safety issues, schedule changes, absenteeism, etc.
-
Maintain professional relationships with trades, suppliers, clients
-
Enforce safety, uniform, ethics, and conduct policies
-
Perform tasks as assigned by Senior Management
-
Evaluate performance and implement discipline policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
-
Required: High school or equivalent
-
Preferred: Trade school or business college coursework
Experience:
-
Minimum: 5 years electrical installation experience
-
Preferred: 5+ years electrical/general construction, 3+ years in supervisory roles
Licenses/Certifications:
-
Valid Class A drivers license (within 6 months)
-
Electrical Hazard Awareness, CPR/First Aid/AED (within 6 months)
