About the job Foodservice Sales Operations Coordinator
The Foodservice Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Sales Operations Sr. Manager and Foodservice Customer Development Team in handling activities associated with Customer Development and Brokers. This includes execution of interrelated administrative functions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This position has a strong cross-functional working relationship with other members of the organization, as well as external partners and service providers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing Foodservice Operations and supporting ongoing business needs for the Sales Team as assigned
Support with Trade Show payments
Review and maintain weekly K-12 awards process
Support day-to-day broadline distribution administration
Support with bakery audit requests and ensure compliance readiness
Assist with the completion of distributor and customer requests
Maintain the accuracy of the Sales Team portal, including uploading documents
Collect and merge data from sales and brokers, ensuring the accuracy of the information
Manage regulatory requests for customer-requested data
Manage the annual Broker/Distributor Contacts matrix for all distributors, Vending, and C-Stores
Support with invoice processing and reconciliation
Process sales leads
Qualifications:
Must have foodservice administrative experience
Excel power user with Macros, V-Lookup & Pivot Tables
Required to deliver accuracy and consistency in all areas of responsibility and participation
Self-starter and able to work independently
Competence in handling documentation, data entry, correspondence, and record keeping
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with sensitive deadlines
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to handle tasks requiring attention to detail Travel: 10%
