About the Technical Integration Lead position:
The IT Integration Lead is dedicated to client implementations and is a critical member of the Core Implementation Team (CIT). The role of the IT Integration Lead is to serve as the bridge between the client IT team and the internal IT team through the technical integration of the Laboratory Benefit Management (LBM) program into the health plans systems. The IT Integration Lead consults health plan clients on their solution architecture and technical design and leads the technical requirements gathering process.

This position is eligible for remote work, but quarterly travel may be required to the corporate office located in Tampa, Florida.
Technical Integration Lead Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Ensure successful implementation of the LBM program (delivering full program scope on schedule with minimal defects/issues) by ensuring all technical integration points are collaboratively and effectively designed and supported throughout development and testing

Serve as the client-facing subject matter expert on all aspects of technical integration

Serve as an internal subject matter expert for technical delivery teams on client-driven requirements and implementation processes

Drive creative and innovative solutions to non-standard client requirements

Lead internal process and technical solution improvement initiatives

Act as the business owner of all technical integration-related materials within the Implementation Toolkit (e.g., Implementation Guide sections and supplemental specifications documents)
Technical Integration Lead Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of IT experience in a combination of testing, development, and project management roles

Bachelors degree

Experience developing on the SQL Server ETL stack

Strong T-SQL background

Solid understanding of SOAP and REST web services

Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions, especially 837, 835, 270/271

Understanding of the healthcare claims adjudication process
Technical Integration Lead Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with API testing tools, e.g., SoapUI, Postman

Development experience in .NET or Java technologies

Comfortable in a high-visibility, individual contributor role with the ability to work cross-functionally
-
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through problem-solving and creative solutioning

Proven ability to deliver results while balancing competing priorities and timelines
