Ops Mgmt Sr Analyst

About the Role:

As an Operations Management Sr. Analyst, you will provide the department with advanced day-to-day operations and administrative support. This role is part of the Operations Management function, responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organizations goals and strategies.

What Youll Do:

• Manage the budget preparation process by researching and gathering input from multiple internal and external sources.

• Review monthly department budget reports to ensure expense controls. Analyze variance commentary and present findings to management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated inquiries from internal and external clients.

• Evaluate departmental processes and suggest efficiency improvements to enhance service delivery.

• Compile and analyze complex operating, financial, and statistical reports.

• Oversee development of project plans and costs, including personnel and fiscal needs to meet objectives.

• Apply general knowledge of principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.

• Possess broad knowledge within your discipline and familiarity with adjacent areas.

• Model professional behaviors consistent with organizational values and influence agreement when appropriate.

• Impact the quality of both personal output and that of team members.

• Follow standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

• Clearly communicate complex information in straightforward situations.

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, with 25 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Familiarity with standard procedures and the ability to solve moderately complex problems.

• Ability to analyze solutions using professional judgment and technical knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills paired with an inquisitive mindset.

• Advanced math skills, including the ability to perform complex calculations involving percentages, fractions, and other financial figures.
